We ship worldwide, excluding restricted locations such as military zones, remote islands, or areas with shipping limitations. If your address is in a restricted area, you will be notified during checkout or by our customer service team.
4. Refund Window and Shipping Delays
Our return and refund policy starts from the date the order is delivered, based on tracking confirmation:
- Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return.
If the package is delayed and not delivered within the expected time frame, the refund window will automatically adjust to provide sufficient time after the package is received.

Order Tracking

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
No, we only ship to one address per order. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. APO deliveries are handled by DHL Global Mail and then USPS. However, tracking may stop updating once the package enters the military mail system.
