1. Cases for Support
To resolve any issues with your order, you must provide the package label with shipping information. We recommend keeping the label and documenting the unpacking process as evidence in case of problems.
Order Modification/Cancellation:
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, changes cannot be accommodated.
2. Replacement Policy
Since all items are custom-made, replacements are only provided under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- Printing quality is blurry, or materials differ from the product description on the website.
- The wrong design, size, or product was shipped.
- Mistakes were made by us.
Important Notes:
- Requests for reshipments will not be accepted for issues caused by the buyer, such as providing the wrong delivery address or a change of interest in the product.
Evidence Requirements:
To process a replacement, submit the following via email:
- Photo/video of the shipping label.
- Photo/video of the product SKU.
- Photo/video showing the issue (damages, wrong design/size, etc.).
Replacements will be shipped free of charge within 15 days once the issue is resolved.
3. Refund/Return Policy
Customers can request refunds or returns if the request is made within the time window based on the product’s stated delivery timeline. For example: If delivery takes 10–12 business days, the refund window will only start after the package is received.
- Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return.
- If the package is delayed and not delivered within the expected time frame, the refund window will automatically adjust to provide sufficient time after the package is received.
- Refund requests made after the refund window has expired will not be accepted under any circumstances.
General Refund/Return Rules:
- Contact us with your issue before returning any items. Packages sent without prior communication will not be processed.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with materials or if the item matches your order specifications (size, design, etc.).
- Refunds are ineligible for issues caused by the customer, including:
- Incorrect delivery address.
- Failure to receive the package.
- Refusal to accept the package.
Partial Refund Cases:
- Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
- Items returned after 30 days from the original shipping date.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status via email. In some cases, you may need to cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Reach out to your bank (processing times may vary).
- If the issue persists, contact us.
4. Items Not Arrived
For orders delayed beyond the stated delivery timeline:
- US orders: If 50 days have passed.
- International orders: If 90 days have passed.
You can request either a refund or a replacement.
